EPCC
is a consultancy for energy assessment of buildings. The
website content that we provide incorporates details of the
services and current prices. We endeavour to update the
content on a regular basis, however, from time to time,
changes may be made including regulations and methods used for
energy assessment procedures, in addition our prices quoted
maybe subject to change without prior notice.
The
charges quoted assumes that the client information provided is
full and complete, if additional work is required to produce
the EPC or other service, or there are subsequent changes made
during calculation we reserve the right to levy additional
charges as required. These additional charges will be notified
in writing.
If
a site visit is required this will be charged at a day rate,
dependent on location. Most "standard" assessments
are usually completed within 10 days. Large commercial
premises are dealt with on an individual basis, as the size,
construction and installed systems can vary significantly.
