EPCC - EPC Commercial are Property SAP, PEA & SBEM Consultants and Commercial Energy Assessors for UK Commercial Buildings, Non-Dwellings, New Build EPC Energy Calculations and Ratings for new homes, off-plan, non-domestic dwellings and new dwellings. We can also provide Air Tightness Testing for new homes and commercial buildings.. The EPBD EU directive requires that EPC (Energy Performance Certificates) are required for new build and existing non-dwellings from October 2008, this will affect the commercial property sector.

EPC Commercial provide Energy Performance Certificates for new build and existing property in the following sectors:

What Commercial Energy Assessors do EPCC provide energy assessment of commercial premises, we are energy inspectors of both commercial and industrial property. We are Non-Domestic Energy Assessors (NDEA) who provide energy calculations for non-dwellings, this includes all types of buildings which are considered as "non-dwellings". EPCC can provide energy calculations and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for commercial and industrial premises, including large office buildings, small offices, and retail premises across the UK.
