EPC Scotland - The Commercial EPC will be introduced in Scotland in January 2009, after this deadline property for sale or lease will require a Commercial Energy Performance Certificate. The EPBD EU directive requires that EPC (Energy Performance Certificates) are required for new build and existing non-dwellings from this deadline, this will affect the commercial property sector throughout Scotland and the Highlands and Islands.
