If your company owns, lease or are considering the sale of

an Energy Performance Certificate from 1st October 2008.
Facilities managers are requested to provide as much
information about the property as possible. A summary of

Energy Performance of Buildings - Facts
Business
can benefit from gaining better energy ratings, there are the
obvious benefits for the environment with lower CO2 emissions,
however if your company runs in an energy efficient manner, then
your energy bills can be reduced, thus lowering your business
overheads, and add to profitability. Wasting energy through the
use of inefficient plant/equipment and methods of control will impact on
costs. If the building you own or occupy has air conditioning
installed it will be required to be inspected by an Air
Conditioning Energy Assessor, further information about the
inspection: Air
Conditioning Assessors. Reduce CO2 emissions and save on
energy costs for your property refer to Switch
Energy Suppliers and Business
Energy Saving measures to help lower the cost of energy
fuels for your premises.
